So behind us directly were a couple streets, then it was all fields. All up the right side of the main drag, Cherry Creek Parkway, was woods, creek, then Hillbilly Hills, then the condos. Behind the house to the left, field, woods, and the rail road tracks. Its now ALL houses. They either have the tracks in their back yard or woods and a creek (those are nice), but its all houses.
Back towards the tracks, in the field, was Crazy mans Hill. Another hidden dump site for dirt. The difference was the tree stump. It was probably 12ft across at least. The way it was dumped, if I remember right, you could go under, or climb up on it. Not really many bike trails. Depending on the growth you couldnt your bike to far back there. It seemed like such a huge place at the time. Now to see the 20 houses on it, you realize it was a small area. This one you had to walk to. You would never know there was a huge tree stump discarded back there, you couldn't see it. You could fit several people on top.
Crazy mans Hill was sort of our East meeting place, Hillbilly Hills our West meeting place.
