The first image is a topical view of the land, green is the woods and you can see the railroad tracks in both. Little dots are the houses. You can see the blue/green line of the creek.
The first topical map is from 07/01/1983. You can see the large void south of our house, clear to the tracks. That was where Crazy Mans Hill was. In the 1994 arial, its all houses, right upto the tracks.
The second is a arial photo 04/07/1994 (at night unfortunately). On the arial if you zoom in on the site, there is a very dark blob in our yard, the pool.
If you look at the dark wooded section in the up to the left from the house, on the other side are the condos. Between the woods, condos, and the main road, the terrain is different, that is Hillbilly Hills. I remember it was easiest to get to from the road, near the YMCA. But that meant riding up and down 'the hill' (the steep part of Cherry Creek Pkwy rd. You could cut directly through the woods, but it was harder, and you sometimes couldnt even take a bike.
